ORDERING DETAILS

Hello and congratulations on your upcoming event! Invitations set the vibe of your affair, and more importantly, they are the first impression of your big day - so let's make this moment count! I imagine you have already spent an incredible amount of time and energy preparing various details, so we want to make sure your guests are completely blown away with this first announcement.

Please review the step-by-step process below.


 
 

1. CONTACT

Get in touch! Kindly send an email and include the following:

2. CONSULTATION

After we connect, we'll schedule a consultation locally or via phone. I like to schedule one-on-one meetings in person so you can browse invitation and paper samples. If you aren’t local, it's recommended that you purchase a sample before you leave a deposit. You can purchase invitation samples here


3. PAPERWORK & DEPOSIT

You will need to provide a signed Contract including a $500 deposit before work begins. You will also need to complete a Client Information Form, which includes important wedding details (i.e. correct spelling of names, ceremony/reception times and locations, etc.)

• Clients are permitted 3 design revisions on proofs. 
• Please Note: A $25.00 fee will be applied to each revision made after the third proof.


4. PROJECT ESTIMATE

After the initial deposit is received you will be sent a cost estimate for your designs. This estimate is subject to change depending on revisions made throughout the proofing process.

5. PROOFING & DESIGN

The design and proof process takes approximately 4-6 weeks depending on the number of revisions made, as well as the length of response time between communications. The process for custom pieces takes approximately 6 weeks.


6. APPROVAL & FINAL PAYMENT

Once your final pieces are approved, you will be sent an invoice with the total balance due. Final payments must be submitted before files are sent to the printer. 

All files will be printed exactly as shown in the final proof. Helpful hint: have multiple sets of eyes review them before the last submission! Please note that changes CANNOT be made to final proofs after they are sent to production.


7. SHIPMENT

Once items are sent into production, it can take up to 6 weeks for them to arrive back to the studio. 

• Arrival time for flat printed items: 2-3 weeks
• Arrival time for fine printed items: 4-6 weeks

After the items are delivered they will be inspected for quality, re-packed, and mailed to you. If you live locally and it's more convenient, we can coordinate a pick-up.  

Refunds, Returns, and/or Exchanges:
Due to the customized nature of the work, I do not accept returns or offer refunds.
